How do I play Invenzzle?

Each day a new invention is hidden. You are shown clues one at a time and must guess the invention before running out of attempts. Use as few clues as possible to maximize your score. A new puzzle drops every day.
How is my score calculated?

Your score is based on how many clues you needed. Guess with just 1 clue and score 5 points. Each additional clue reduces your score by 1. Solving with all 5 clues still earns 1 point. Time used is a tiebreaker for leaderboards.
When does a new puzzle come out?

A new Invenzzle puzzle is released every day at midnight in your local time zone. You get one puzzle per day.
What are badges and how do I earn them?

Badges are earned by hitting milestones. Solving puzzles on consecutive days, scoring perfect scores, solving quickly, or being the first solver of the day. Check your profile to see all available badges and your progress toward each one.
Do I need an account to play?

No. You can play as a guest without creating an account. However, creating a free account lets you track your streak, earn badges, see your stats over time, and participate in the daily community chat.
How does the community chat work?

Each daily puzzle has its own chat thread. You must be logged in to post. When a new puzzle drops, the previous day's chat becomes read-only. Posts may contain spoilers. You are warned before entering.
I forgot my password. What do I do?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
How do I delete my account?

You can delete your account at any time from the Settings page inside the app. All your data and progress will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.
Why am I seeing ads?

Invent-X is free to use. Ads help us keep the app running and add new content. We use Google Mobile Ads. You can manage ad personalization in your device's privacy settings or through Google's My Ad Center.
My progress isn't showing. What's wrong?

Make sure you are logged in to your account. Progress is tied to your account, not your device. If you played as a guest and then signed up, guest progress may not carry over. Contact us if you believe there is an error.
